Moba - Togo

Figura de antepasado Moba. Estas esculturas, llamadas los "Alienígenas africanos" por su extraña talla, simbolizan el aura del ancestro, sin rasgos identificativos, tal como los iniciados de la tribu definen la imagen de las apariciones. Levantados en los campos de enterramientos, unos frente a otros parecen establecer una nueva sociedad de "fantasmas". Por otra parte, la visión contemporánea de estas esculturas nos aporta una simplicidad de ejecución vanguardista digna de estudio.
