Rare, exceptionally complete Dutch silver canteen by Van Kempen, made in second standard silver (833/1000), dating to circa 1917.

The set is housed in its original fitted jeweller’s case marked “A. Hoeting – Hofjuwelier – Amsterdam”. The silver pieces show clear Dutch hallmarks. The knives have steel blades with mother-of-pearl handles.

Condition:
Very good antique condition. Many pieces show no visible signs of use; some show light age-related wear and patina consistent with careful handling. No polishing has been done for the photographs. Hallmarks are present and legible on the silver parts. Knives with steel blades and mother-of-pearl handles as described.
