Nariz robusta y muy mineral, con notas de quinina, lima y jugo de naranja, manzanas jóvenes, mango, parafina, frutos secos, plátano verde y rocas en el lecho del río. Esta nariz es maravillosa.
Buen cuerpo y de inmediato muy picante. Muchísimos pimientos. Pero bastante bebible sin agua. La quinina y una dulzura de caramelo se presentan primero —algo sorprendente— antes de que la miel y las pasas hagan su aparición. Tiza, jengibre y vainilla, naranjas de Sevilla, cera de vela, lo tiene todo.
El final es largo con miel, cera de abejas, vainilla y pimienta, pero con una nota excesivamente floral.
