A highly collectible Sommerkamp FT-7B HF radio transceiver, manufactured by Yaesu and marketed under the Sommerkamp name for the European market. Produced during the late 1970s, this compact all-solid-state transceiver represents an important period in amateur radio history when reliable portable HF communication became increasingly accessible to radio enthusiasts worldwide.
