De archivos de oficina a Times Square: mi viaje en la luz
Hola, soy Viktoria Farkas. Mi recorrido artístico es la prueba de que nunca es tarde para reinventarse. Hasta hace poco, trabajaba en un entorno de oficina, pero en 2020 emprendí una aventura que cambió mi vida hacia Estados Unidos. Mi misión tenía dos frentes: dominar un nuevo idioma y sumergirme profundamente en el mundo de la fotografía.
Cambiar la silla de la oficina por una cámara convirtió a la ciudad de Nueva York en mi aula. Tuve el privilegio de aprender de maestros reconocidos como Lindsay Adler y de conectar con profesionales como Norbi Bánhalmi. Lo que empezó como una búsqueda de nuevas posibilidades rápidamente se convirtió en una verdadera vocación.
Mi momento de revelación llegó cuando una de mis fotografías fue seleccionada por la galería Art Square NY para ser expuesta en un cartel gigante en Times Square, a muchos kilómetros de los archivos de la oficina donde comencé.
