Circa 1960-1980. Mexico 1968 olympic omega series.
Omega hand-winding (1/10 sec) stopwatch with "rattrapante" / "SPLIT" function.
Fair vintage used condition.
Some age and storage marks on case, dial and crystal.
Nuit Spatiale black omega signed dial.
Mechanical clean high grade movement (cal 1210).
All functions working ok.
Nice for your TSD classic cars rally.
Rigth pusher: Start + Stop.
Crown: Reset to "0" when stopped.
Left pusher: Split function
30+30 sec central register + 15 min (jumping) register at "12".

Its said this Omega carrier series was well known at Monte Carlo Rally (about 1970´s) as it was jumping over the road outside a staff car during one track (its lanyard was caught by the car door in an oversight of the commissary). When noticed at the track end it was still working……
