We are always excited to see a new batch of Springbank 12 Cask Strength. This 2nd 2025 release is 100% Bourbon Cask. A dram that combines sweetness, oiliness and delightful peat.

We are now onto Batch 28 of what is one of the most popular drinkers out of the entire Springbank range.

Tasting Notes
Nose – A sweet and inviting introduction to this dram, we have notes of fruit salad candy, raspberry ripple, dried mango, frosting and dark chocolate.

Palate – The complexity builds in the palate, with notes of smoked cayenne pepper, crushed chillies, toffee and charred steak.

Finish – Gentle peat smoke emerges in the finish, along with notes of pink grapefruit, cocoa powder, glazed cherries and salted pretzels.
