Su forma orgánica y fluida, con brazos salientes dinámicos, confiere al cuenco una poderosa presencia escultórica, reminiscent of structures naturales such as petals, flames, or coral formations. From every angle, the piece reveals a different line, reflection, and play of light.
The glass features a rich amber coloration with smooth transitions into clear crystal, creating deep golden reflections and emphasizing the true hutní (hot-worked) character of the glass. Thanks to its substantial weight and massive construction, the bowl feels exceptionally stable, valuable, and highly representative.
Each piece is a unique original. Minor variations in shape, internal structure, and color flow are natural and desirable characteristics of authentic handmade glass and a clear proof of its craftsmanship.
With dimensions of approximately 40 × 20 cm and a weight of around 4 kg, this object is perfectly suited as:
a luxury fruit bowl,
a centerpiece for a dining or conference table,
or a stand-alone collector’s sculpture.
Egermann glass carries the historic legacy of Fridrich Egermann (1777–1864), one of the most influential figures in Bohemian glass history. For generations, the Egermann name has stood for innovation, artistic mastery, and international prestige. Today, original hot-worked Egermann pieces of this scale and quality are becoming increasingly rare.
