BUFF MONSTER is a famous Hawaiian street-artist based in New York. He began his art career making murals and graffiti over two decades ago. In 1997, he made a name for himself by putting up thousands of hand-silkscreened posters and stickers across LA. After a while, his creativity extended into different areas and to this day he also works on paintings, collectible toys and design projects. He has, and still is, painted murals all over the world and is included in Banksy’s Oscar-nominated documentary 'Exit Through the Gift Shop'. He is most famous for his Melty Harmony murals, paintings and limited reproductions. He names heavy metal music, ice cream, pop art, Japanese culture and graffiti as his major influences. In 2018 he was featured in the URBAN NATION BERLIN exhibition, ‘UN-DERSTAND The Power of Art as a Social Architect’.
