A rare manuel wind Omega Seamaster I believe it is rare cause i never saw one like this Dial has some wear of time, i believe better to keep original than repainting Case is good condition, no seahorse at the back but signed seamaster and waterproof. Probably one of the very early seamaster I dont have tools to open its back, my watchmaker is too lazy to shoot photos of movement or referance :) So sorry for that.
