Today we've lunched in Paris, dinning in NY, and having a breakfast in my bedroom -

In the kitchen, a stunning woman with jet-black hair is casually preparing breakfast—except she looks like she's about to head to a gala or a night out. We don’t see her face, but her hair falls like a dark waterfall down her bare back, just enough to leave us guessing. Her dress? Short, almost scandalous, with delicate lace trailing down her back, contrasting beautifully against her pale skin. She’s touching things with the grace of someone who knows exactly what she’s doing—blender, lemon, the works. What’s she preparing? Oh, just an incredible love affair with you.

Original watercolour painting on paper (2020). Created in a signature black watercolor, characterised by a distinctive "burn-out photographic effect" that define Anna Dart's unique artistic style. Slight imperfections and wrinkles are present on the paper, intentionally added by the artist to evoke an old-image effect, enhancing the piece's nostalgic and timeless feel. Please note that the colors may slightly vary due to camera settings or the time of day. Delivered with a hand-signed certificate of authenticity. Shipped in a sturdy carton envelope.

ABOUT THE ARTIST: 

Renowned for its magnetic power, elegance, and emotional depth, Anna Dart's work explores the essence of being human in a cold cyber society—where we sometimes forget how to feel. Having lived in Spain, Switzerland, and France, Anna has drawn inspiration from contemporary realities. Her early works debuted with flair in prestigious galleries like Victor Lope Gallery (2013) and Europe’s oldest art fair, Art Cologne (2013, 2014, 2016). Since then, her art has gone global, captivating audiences in Switzerland, Spain, Belgium, France, Canada, the USA, South Korea, China, and Japan etc.—including prime spots like the billboards of Tokyo's Shibuya Crossing and a massive 30-foot monolith screen in Seoul. Anna approaches her portraits like they’re the leading stars of a movie. It’s no wonder her art feels alive—as though in one artwork, for a moment, you can sense an entire story unfolding. Anna’s motto, “Art with frames, life without them,” reflects her constant spirit of experimentation.
