Dear Bidders, Thank you for your interest in my offer. You are bidding here on a beautiful set of coffee pot, sugar bowl, milk pot, which are in a good / fair vintage condition for its age. Great chance to have wonderful Art Deco / Bauhaus set at your home and decoration for your Christmas table. SOME GENERAL INFORMATIONS: The company F. W. Quist was a metalware manufacturer in Esslingen am Neckar in Baden-Württemberg, which operated from 1895 to 1981. F. W. Quist produced tableware and dining accessories in the design styles of their respective eras. Until the First World War, the company focused entirely on tableware items. For most Quist products, no specific designer can be definitively identified, though there are some exceptions. For example, the French designer Paul Follot created designs for F. W. Quist, as did Max Joseph Gradl, August Oesselmann, Johannes Bartel and Carl Nies. In the 1930s, Emil Kitzenmeier worked for F. W. Quist as a permanent employee. Among the key designers of Quist products after the Second World War was Eugen Stegmaier, and from 1954 onward, Oswald Pörner was employed as a designer.
