Neisson Profile 107 rum is a particularly rich amber agricultural rum with AOC Martinique certification, setting it apart from other Neisson brand rums. The agricultural rum was put into barrels on December 20, 2018, and aged in 190-liter bourbon barrels before being transferred on March 9, 2018, to 10 225-liter barrels that had undergone a new heating process. This is a new production method that only Neisson knows the secret to. On the palate, Neisson Profile 107 is particularly rich with notes of toast, spices, and vanilla. Produced using traditional methods and with respect for the land, Neisson 107 rum has won numerous awards around the world.
