Nose: Sweet, strong flavors of fresh fruit, apples, pears, bananas, white flowers, some wort, a little dry wood, a touch of spice, some smoke

Taste: The entrance is slightly sweet, a little salty, and the spice taste is obvious, star anise, cumin, ginger, and strong smoke, some herbs, accompanied by a little sweetness of fresh fruit, some wort, and a little bitter at the end.

Finish: First some spice, then wort, then some sweet fruit.
