This variant of Base Set is EXTREMELY Rare due to the final print run of Base Set
Card inside have 1999-2000 dates which are way more rare and expensive than the regular 1999 dates
The white sticker on the back counts as proof of their 1999-2000 dates authenticity, which can be removed (if desired) to get the pack graded. The fact that the sticker is on it adds value, so removing would not be advised
