History: This jacket is a symbol of his final years with Queen, inspired by Spanish military uniforms and paired with white trousers. It is said to have been a tribute to Spain, one of his favorite countries, and that Mercury gave it to his partner Jim Hutton before he died. It debuted on the 1986 Magic Tour and appeared in the video for "Miracle." In this video, the jacket is worn by Scottish actor Ross McCall, then thirteen years old, who plays a "child" version of the singer. The yellow jacket is one of Mercury's most memorable outfits, representing his theatricality and charisma on stage during the final years of Queen.
