Sr Renato , We have twice requested that you please send us photographs of the bottles so we can file an insurance claim. Because of this, we cannot send you the correct bottles. However, we are still able to resolve the issue if you wish, as agreed upon by both parties. We remain at your disposal to replace the incorrectly sent or crossed bottles.
