I’m so happy to hear you’re pleased with your new RADO watch! Thank you for the wonderful feedback—your satisfaction is my top priority.

He was selling a watch that was not available. After being notified, Catawiki only informed me that my order was being cancelled because the seller could not deliver. There was zero communication.

We’d like to clarify that the watch was indeed dispatched shortly after the auction ended. However, the shipment was returned to us by the postal service due to a delivery issue—specifically, the address was flagged as incorrect or incomplete.

Unfortunately, once the package was returned and the delivery could not be completed, Catawiki automatically canceled the order. This is why you were informed that the item could not be delivered.

We sincerely apologize for the lack of direct communication during this process—it was not intentional, and we understand how it may have caused confusion.

Should you still be interested in the watch we’d be happy to help.
