Your item has been shipped from Ukraine (and in the listing it was  mentioned that the item is in the Ukraine)  on the 29th of January, it takes longer that this for a package to come. 
You have always had a track and trace number in your order for your information.
There is neither need nor a reason to leave a PUBLIC negative review when all you needed was to contact me.

tracking number had been provided and you can see its in transit. this is your proof. possibly the item has been lost in the post. already 2 weeks ago I asked catawiki to cancel the sale and refund the buyer.
