Thanks for the review :) As for tracking, shipments with Poste Italiane have two tracking codes: the national one (which is the one I entered) and the one for when it leaves the country. Normally the platform updated the tracking whether you entered one code or the other, but now it only recognizes one of the two tracking codes. I updated the tracking on the order page and now it is updated correctly :)
