The Substance cuvée is a Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru, produced in limited specimens. This large cuvée is aged in barriques through the Solera method, which makes it one of the most original wines of the maison, and therefore so coveted by the most experienced enthusiasts. To the sense of smell, it reveals notes of fresh fruit (especially apricot) and dried fruit, with hints of hazelnut and light gypsum aromas. The palate is characterized by a greasy, intense and extremely vinous profile, accompanied by a slight acidity. The whole is therefore perfectly balanced, with a good persistence on the finish. This Champagne can be tasted alone for an aperitif or in combination with recipes with saline accents and white meats.
