Laura, the 11th generation of the family, manages the vineyards in the renowned Monzinger FRÜHLINGSPLÄTZCHEN and HALENBERG vineyards together with her parents. The wide variety of soils (e.g., green slate, red sandstone, quartzite, blue slate) and the diversity of grape varieties make Weber wines unique and distinctive. The microclimate, soil, and sunlight exposure of each plot are carefully studied, and then the appropriate grape variety is selected. Sustainability is at the heart of our viticulture. We employ a variety of practices to minimize our environmental impact and maximize the quality of our grapes. From organic farming and efficient water management to the use of renewable energy and the promotion of biodiversity in our vineyards, every step is geared toward long-term responsible action. Although we are not certified, we firmly believe that these practices are critical to securing the future of our winery and our environment.
