Harvest took place at the end of September and October. Winemaking included total destemming followed by cold pre-fermentative maceration in 7,500L stainless steel tanks with temperature control, not exceeding 26°C. Malolactic fermentation and ageing took place in 100% French oak barrels for 12 months. Tasting Notes: Dark ruby colour. Aromas of black fruit and chocolate. On the palate, full-bodied yet refined, combining structure with elegance. Drinking Window: Ready to drink, with good ageing potential under proper cellaring conditions.
