About Dalmau 2001 -------------------- Brilliant dark ruby garnet, deep color core, violet reflections, broad watery rim. Pleasant precious wood notes on the nose, coconut, dark berry confit, delicately tobacco-like and leathery. Sweet and elegant on the palate, perfect tannins, harmonious length, delicate caramel note on the finish, very drinkable, elegant and long, sweet fruit in the aftertaste.
