Vinification: in French oak barrels for 15 days. Maturation: batonnage for 2 months and refinement for at least 12 months in the bottle. Organoleptic test: • Color: straw yellow with golden reflections. • Nose: notes of fresh fruit (quince, plum, peach, pear, banana and citrus fruits) and dried fruit (hazelnut and almond), hawthorn, broom and vanilla. • Taste: savory, fresh, structured with a finish of quince, plum and peach. Pairing: stuffed pasta, risotto, fish and shellfish, white meats and vegetable-based preparations.
