The Supremo rum collection, Paraguayan agricultural style by the ALPOM distillery, highlights indigenous tradition with an ancestral recipe hidden for over 500 years. Made with premium jungle sugarcane, these rums are first aged in native brown incense barrels—hard and porous, which oxidizes and smokes—to gain complexity, an intense amber color, and notes of caramel, toffee, and walnut.
