Brut 2 Columns Harvest 2019
For the first time, the La Favorite distillery is releasing its column still. Made from the 2019 harvest, which was particularly rich in Brix (the sucrose content of the sugarcane juice), this column still is a blend of the two distillates, each produced in equal parts from its respective column.
The illustration is by Lucas Vallerie. The bottles are hand-bottled, numbered, and wax-sealed.
