About the Artist

Æ, a Barcelona-based artist and designer, earned degrees in Digital Design and Multimedia Technologies (2004) and East Asian Studies. Fascinated by digital mediums from an early age, Æ developed a distinct aesthetic influenced by minimalism, conceptual art, and graphic design traditions.

His works are held in private collections across more than 30 countries, including The Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Examples of his work have also entered public collections, including the Oriental Art Collection at the Zaragoza Museum.

Æ’s art is known for its restrained palette, symbolic imagery, and high-contrast visual language. Drawing upon Japanese aesthetics, contemporary printmaking, and popular culture, his works explore themes of memory, perception, identity, and timelessness.
