Myyjän antama kuvaus
Kauniisti valmistettu japanilainen leipäveitsi tunnetulta metallityöstöalueelta Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata.
“Tsubame Bread Knife Mini” yhdistää yhteen kompaktin veitsen kaksi erilaista terästruktuuria: terävän suoran reunan siistiin leikkaamiseen sekä sahaverkoroidullisen reunan kuoren läpäisyyn helposti. Tämä hybriditeräntäyte sallii pehmeän voileipäleivän, patongit, hedelmäleipävoileivät ja herkulliset leivonnaiset leikata puhtain viiltoina ilman muodon murskautumista.
Made in Japan by skilled craftsmen, the knife features a mirror-polished molybdenum vanadium stainless steel blade with excellent sharpness and smooth cutting performance. Beyond bread, it is also ideal for slicing tomatoes, roast beef, soft cakes, and other delicate foods.
The compact 16.5 cm blade length makes it highly maneuverable and practical for everyday kitchen use as well as outdoor cooking and camping.
The natural Keyaki wood handle provides a warm, comfortable grip and is ergonomically designed so the user’s hand does not hit the cutting board during use. A charming swallow logo engraved near the blade references its Tsubame heritage.
Presented in an attractive sliding gift box, this knife is both functional and collectible — a refined example of Japanese kitchen tool design and craftsmanship.
