A blend of pomace of Aglianico d'Irpinia Drogone from Cantina Giardino macerated for three months with a three-year-old lambic of Cantillon. Deep amber with ruby reflections. Intense notes of ripe red fruit, spices, wood, and subtle balsamic hints. Fresh, Fruit, tannic, and mineral, with a perfect balance between acidity and structure. Persistent, with a clear connection to the Drogone Campania Aglianico IGP wine. Very good! Can keep more than 10+ years 3x Cantina Giardino Drogone 2020: Same grapes that have been used in the Drogone Lambic. 100% Aglianico from very old vines 80+ years. 3 months (!) maceration, temperature uncontrolled, maturation 5 years in large and small oak and chestnut barrels and at least 2 years in bottle. Fine acidity, fresh, vital, and pure, long with that lovely bitter finish so characteristic of Italian wines. Good with: Red meat in all its forms, stews, grilled meats, etc., but also with savory (oven) dishes, aged salumi, hearty bean dishes. Can keep for 20 years. 1x Cantillon Geuze Lambic Bio 2020: The Gueuze Cantillon, a real spontaneous fermentation beer, is entirely made up of Lambic. This Lambic is brewed with organically grown wheat (35%) and malted barley (65%), and with dried hops. The Gueuze Cantillon is a sour beer that contains absolutely no sugar. To be drunk preferably within 20 years after the bottling date. Beer with taste evolution.
