From the 17th century, the Giusti family has cared for its Balsamic Vinegar, passing down a recipe that yields complex flavor harmonies and exceptional products appreciated worldwide.
A precious wooden box contains five bottles of 250 ml of the highly prized ACETO BALSAMICO DI MODENA IGP.
1 BOTTIGLIA "UNA MEDAGLIA D'ARGENTO" 250 ML.
Characterized by a rich aroma and a good, rounded balsamic acidity, the “Medaglia d’Argento” represents a strongly aromatic product, capable of enhancing the flavor of dishes with its intensity. To be used both raw and in cooking.
Ingredients: Cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar.
Aging: In 1900 French oak casks with the addition of already aged balsamic vinegar taken from casks of centuries-old families.
1 BOTTIGLIA "DUE MEDAGLIE D'ORO - IL CLASSICO" 250 ML.
A historic product of Acetaia Giusti, “il Classico” is a balsamic with great versatility, suitable for cooking and also enjoyed raw. Of good density and excellent balance between sweet and sour, it is characterized by notes of ripe fruit and hints of licorice and black pepper.
