Lina Verano - Convergences No. 12 - XL

Convergences No. 12 measures 102 × 140 cm (+3 cm border for stretching) and is part of the Convergences series. Half of the series has already been sold. Created in 2026, this is a unique, hand-painted artwork made with acrylic paint on high-quality canvas and finished with a glossy varnish.

Convergences No.12 is an exploration of collision, movement, and transformation. Through sweeping arcs, energetic splashes, and layered gestures, the painting captures the tension between chaos and structure — a moment where opposing forces meet and begin to reshape one another.

The composition is driven by motion. Vibrant coral tones, deep blacks, electric blues, and luminous greens intersect in dynamic rhythms that suggest both expansion and containment. The curved forms create a sense of gravitational pull, as if fragments of energy are converging within a shared space. Each mark records an instinctive gesture, preserving immediacy and emotional intensity on the canvas.

Rather than offering a fixed narrative, *Convergences 12* invites multiple interpretations. It may evoke landscapes, cosmic formations, emotional states, or traces of memory emerging through abstraction. The painting exists between spontaneity and control, where intuition becomes the primary language.

Part of the ongoing *Convergences* series, this work reflects an interest in connection — how color, movement, and material can intersect to create moments of balance within turbulence. The glossy varnished surface enhances the depth of the layers and allows light to activate the painting differently from every angle, making the viewing experience continually shifting and alive.

My paintings reflect my life experiences and personal journey. Each artwork tells a story and invites the viewer to connect on an emotional level. I hope my art inspires reflection and a sense of connection. and please Note that I don’t have a team—I do everything by myself, from painting and photographing my work to building my website, uploading and writing texts , handling social media, sourcing materials, and preparing for shipping, packing, where I set up and do everything on my own. I’m not saying this as a complaint, just to share the reality behind my work.
I keep my prices as accessible as I can because it matters to me that people can live with my art, while still respecting the value of the work and what it takes to create it.

The artwork will be shipped as a rolled, unstretched canvas for safe delivery. Packaged in tube box and wrapped properly.
Rolled works can be easily stretched (for canvas works, i.e. placed onto wooden stretcher bars) and/or framed by a local framer upon arrival. Minor waves or creases may be visible upon arrival, which is completely normal for rolled canvas. These will disappear once the canvas is stretched or framed by a professional framer.
All my shipments will be made through DPD,GLS or a similar company , always trying to guarantee the safety, care and efficient delivery of the work. However, delays that may occur are beyond my control; I will always be attentive tracking the shipment and any incident that may arise, being at the customer's disposal to provide appropriate assistance and support.
