Suntory Hibiki 21 Year Old is a highly prestigious, multi-award-winning blended Japanese whisky celebrated globally for its profound complexity, balance, and meticulous craftsmanship. Produced by the House of Suntory, it represents the peak of Japanese blending philosophy.

A masterful orchestra of malt whiskies from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries, seamlessly married with aged grain whiskies from the Chita distillery. Every component whisky in the blend is aged for a minimum of 21 years. The blend heavily relies on rare, prized Japanese Mizunara oak casks alongside traditional Sherry-seasoned barrels. Alcohol by Volume (ABV): 43%.

Incredibly floral on the nose, with citrus peel, sliced apple, burning incense, sandalwood, peach pit, aged oak, and spices so fine you could count them by the grain. It’s weighty and honeyed, driven forward by the mizunara oak character, with waxiness and smoke progressing to lime zest, green apple, kumquat, cocoa, cinnamon, and vanilla extract, with a creamy elegance to the finish.
