Cask Composition
Crafted by Malt Master David C. Stewart MBE, the liquid marries 18 rare casks selected from the distillery's stocks:
4 ex-bourbon barrels
6 second-fill sherry butts
5 second-fill puncheons
3 first-fill sherry butts
All components spent three months marrying together in a large oak vat (marrying tun) in Warehouse 24, and the whisky was bottled without chill-filtration.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Sweet aromas of baked lemon tarts, orange marmalade, and maple syrup, wrapped in warm spices and hints of hazelnuts.
Palate: Rich and velvety texture with signature toffee sweetness, buttery vanilla, and classic Balvenie honey. It evolves into crystallized ginger and cardamom.
Finish: Long, dry, and intensely focused on toasted oak and baking spices.
