A highly collectible limited edition from The Macallan Concept Series.
The Macallan Concept Number 2 was released in 2019 as the second edition of the exclusive Concept Series. The series combines The Macallan’s whisky-making craftsmanship with contemporary art, creativity and culture.
Concept Number 2 is inspired by the world of music, bringing together two creative passions: whisky and music. The whisky was created by Macallan Whisky Maker Steven Bremner, who also has a passion for house music.
For this expression, The Macallan combined whisky matured in sherry-seasoned American oak casks with whisky matured in ex-bourbon casks. The result is a rich and characterful single malt with notes of toffee, vanilla, spice, dried fruit and oak.
