Characteristics and Grape Varieties
This Brut Nature Rosé stands out for its purity and complexity. It is a zero-dosage wine (0 g/L), which enhances the freshness and minerality of the terroir. The blend of this cuvée is an expression of balance among varieties:

· Pinot Noir (64%): Tarjoaa rakennetta, runkoa ja punaherukan aromia.
· Meunier (20%): Lisää pyöreyttä ja hedelmäisiä notesseja.
· Chardonnay (16%): Tuo eleganssia, raikkautta ja hienostuneisuutta.

Vinification and Terroir
The grapes come from selected vineyards, with particular attention to the Cumières cru (20% of the Pinot Noir used comes from a single vineyard called "La Rivière"). The vinification is meticulous: a portion of the wine (20%) is aged in oak, and malolactic fermentation is not carried out to preserve freshness and fruit purity. 11% of the vinification takes place in oak. A special technique involves a brief cold maceration for a portion of the Pinot Noir to extract the color and typical aromas of the rosé.
