Dial and Hands
Striking black dial features a highly attractive vertical brushed texture that catches the light beautifully. It is accented by applied silver-tone indices with white inserts and crisp white printed text. A distinctive red date display sits neatly at the three o'clock position, while the applied Rado anchor logo with its red background adds a vibrant touch of character. The dial is exceptionally well-preserved, showing no visible spotting or damage. The silver-tone baton hands, complete with white inserts and a sweep second hand, remain in clean condition with minimal signs of aging.

Case and Crystal
The 36 mm cushion-shaped steel case features a polished finish and an integrated polished bezel area. It displays honest wear consistent with age, presenting moderate scratches and scuffs visible throughout, particularly on the bezel and flanks, though no major deep dents are observed. The watch retains its signed crown, bearing the Rado anchor logo and showing light wear. A domed acrylic crystal protects the dial, exhibiting some light surface scratches and scuffs visible in reflections.

Movement
Inside the case beats a gold-tone automatic movement, the caliber 2783. The movement presents a remarkably clean appearance with no visible corrosion or significant wear, and the rotor and bridges remain well-preserved. It features crisp engravings reading RADO, 25 JEWELS, and SWISS. Strap

The steel case displays honest, moderate scratching and scuffing consistent with age, primarily along the flanks and bezel, but remains structurally sound without deep dents.
