VINIFICATION
Fermented & aged for 6 months in barrels.

TASTING NOTES
Yellowish-green in color, with aromas of ripe yellow-fleshed fruits with a citrus touch, well-integrated with oak notes. Fresh, mineral, full-bodied and buttery, it finishes with a complex and persistent taste.

SERVING
Ideal to accompany roasted or grilled oily fish, charcuterie, and sheep's cheese. Serving at 8ºC-10ºC.

HISTORY
In the limestone soils of the gentle slopes surrounding Bucelas, Arinto finds its best 'Terroir'. The climate is marked by its proximity to the Atlantic, allowing for western springs and cool summers. Nuno Cancela de Abreu was one of the main figures responsible for the recovery of Arinto. The Arinto grape variety is considered one of the best Portuguese white grape varieties. This wine, 100% Arinto, becomes fascinating for its freshness and minerality.
