Myyjän antama kuvaus
Original oil painting on canvas. Unique work. Canvas entirely handmade. 80 x 60 cm. Signed by the artist. Certificate. (Interior visualization is an AI visualization provided for indicative purposes.)
In a Haussmannian bathroom, a woman with long hair rinses herself in a cast-iron bathtub, facing a tall door-window opened to Paris. Zinc rooftops, wrought-iron balconies and chimneys outline against a pale blue sky. A copper pot and a ewer gleam on the marble, and light enters diagonally onto the parquet.
The painting plays with intimacy and view: the woman looks at the city, the city barely notices the woman. One recalls the baths of 19th-century painters, from Degas to Bonnard, where the body is caught in a moment of domestic life.
A window onto the Paris rooftops, and a pause that belongs only to the one who takes it.
Delivery information: The canvas is shipped rolled without frame, carefully protected, placed in a reinforced rigid tube. This shipping method guarantees optimal protection of the artwork during transport. The buyer can have the canvas mounted on a frame by a local framer according to their presentation preferences.
Le Yack, emergent French pop and street art artist. Alexandre Pelletier, known as Le Yack, was born in 1972 in Tours. During his studies, he joined the École Supérieure d'Art et de Design (ESAD) d'Orléans. He is art director in publishing and on the web. Instagram @leyack45. He is exhibited in a network of about forty galleries in France, Germany, Belgium, the United States.
Inspired by classical and modern painting, Le Yack brings a contemporary perspective to his works by incorporating emblematic elements of pop culture and urban life. His works are characterized by bright colors, dynamic forms and expressive compositions.
The artist also explores different forms of artistic production. Some of his works are reproduced in series on pre-stretched canvases, creating limited editions accessible to a wider audience. Other works are created as unique paintings on canvas, adding an exclusive and authentic dimension to his collection.
Le Yack's style reflects a fusion between traditional art and the infinite possibilities offered by digital technology. His innovative approach and deft use of digital resources allow him to create original works that captivate the eye and invite reflection.
