Corona 1939, the white wine from CVNE that also achieved ‘Parker’s 100 points’


Corona was a historic brand from Bodegas CVNE (Haro) that ceased production, but during expansion works at the winery in the 1970s, a batch of previously unknown wine was discovered.


This wine is made from 90% Viura and 10% Garnacha; the grapes overripened on the vine and were harvested in December 1939. After being bottled, they remained lost until they were rediscovered during works carried out in 1970—the year it was finally bottled. We are talking about no more than 1,500 bottles.


Today, it is a highly sought-after bottle, and due to its rarity and exceptional quality, its price is quite high.


It has remained in excellent condition thanks to careful storage in a winery over the years.

It will be shipped with great care and special protective packaging.
