This Blancpain × Swatch wristwatch pays tribute to Blancpain’s very first true dive watch, the Fifty Fathoms. The case and crown feature a cold white color, crafted from Bioceramic, a sustainable ceramic-based material. The case side is engraved with the “Swatch” logo, while the multi-layered dial reveals subtle gradients of icy tones. The hour markers, hour and minute hands, and the bezel scale are all coated with Grade A Super-LumiNova, ensuring excellent legibility even in dark underwater environments. The watch is equipped with a SISTEM51 mechanical movement, fully visible through the transparent sapphire-blue caseback, which is adorned with an image of the Antarctic nudibranch species Tritoniella Belli. On the back of the watch, five inspiring mottos are engraved: “PASSION FOR DIVING – LICENCE TO EXPLORE – OCEAN BREATH – PROTECT WHAT YOU LOVE – IMMERSE YOURSELF.” The NATO strap is made from recycled ocean fishing nets, and both the buckle and bezel are made of Bioceramic material.
