The item offered was an antique piece dating from around 1890/1900, therefore age-related signs of wear and patina were explicitly mentioned in the description.  

We always try to photograph and describe our items as accurately as possible.  

Nevertheless, we regret that the item did not meet your expectations.

Sehr schöne Ohrhänger. Leider nicht jedes Detail in Silber gearbeitet.  Aber schöner Stein auf jeden Fall.  Und die Optik insgesamt gut

The item was not as initially described and the seller did not accepted the return even was stipulated on his page due the EU regulation. Catawiki specialists not helped with it either.
