We sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience. The pull tab was unintentionally left out of the original shipment, and as soon as we noticed the mistake, we sent it separately at our expense to complete the order.

Unfortunately, customs duties are determined by local authorities and are beyond our control. As a goodwill gesture, we offered €20 compensation — double the €10 customs fee incurred — but this was declined.

We take full responsibility for the packing error and are reviewing our process to prevent this from happening again. We truly value our customers and always aim to resolve issues fairly and professionally.


Update after seller's response below: lot was described as 'in excellent condition with no noticeable scratches or stains.' There are lots of noticeable scratches! Very disappointing. 

Item was listed as “very good condition, slightly used with small signs of wear,” not “excellent condition.” The listing stated “please check photos for condition,” and photos showed the item accurate

Sorry you weren’t satisfied. The bag was checked before shipping; I missed the stains. I offered options, and you chose a €50 refund. I’d never hide damage—customer trust matters.
