Everything arrived in good condition and was well packaged 

Item, one graded card, arrived after 2 months.  Seller is an amateur.  I had to prove customs I allready paid VAT.  He placed a wrong bill on the box, with no VAT.

I received the beautiful Jizai Okimono broken; this happened during shipping. The item is even more fragile than I thought. Fortunately, I managed to repair the special item, I'm very happy with it!

The delicate Jizai Okimono was perfectly intact when carefully packed, and it is highly likely that the joint came loose due to vibrations during the long international transit. To resolve this fairly and support the buyer, we immediately agreed to a full refund and provided a free return label.
Regarding the VAT and import taxes, please note that these rates (such as 21% vs 9%) are strictly calculated and collected by Catawiki and the European customs authorities, not by the seller.
