    Het horloge van IWC ter waarde van €2.600 functioneerde helaas niet bij aankomst. Inmiddels ben ik al een maand bezig om mijn geld terug te krijgen. De verkoper reageert niet op berichten en bevestigt de ontvangst van het geretourneerde horloge niet, waardoor het onnodig lang duurt voordat Catawiki mijn geld kan terugbetalen. Dit is zeer frustrerend en absoluut geen prettige ervaring.
