Alan Parsons est un ingénieur du son anglais, auteur-compositeur, musicien, chanteur et producteur de disques.

Parsons était l'ingénieur du son sur des albums tels que Abbey Road des Beatles (1969) et Let It Be (1970), Dark Side of the Moon de Pink Floyd (1973), ainsi que le premier album éponyme d'Ambrosia en 1975. Son propre groupe, le Alan Parsons Project, ainsi que ses enregistrements solo ultérieurs, ont également connu un succès commercial. Il a été nommé 13 fois aux Grammy Awards, sa première victoire ayant eu lieu en 2019 pour le meilleur album audio immersif pour Eye in the Sky (édition du 35e anniversaire).
