Indeling: titelgravure, titelpagina, list of illustrations, a short biography of the rev. Golbert White (XXIV), poems selected from the manuscripts of the rev. Gilbert White (pp.1-9), the natural history of Selborne (pp.10-416). Compleet met 40 handgekleurde platen (houtgravures met handkleuring).
Gebonden in leren band met goudbestempeling op de rug, langs de randem, met titelschild. Boekblok verguld. Gemarmerde schutbladen.
