Résumé assisté par IA

Description fournie par le vendeur

A refined and highly decorative Art Nouveau carafe attributed to Legras, one of France's most renowned glasshouses of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Founded by Auguste Legras, the Legras atelier became celebrated for its poetic enamel work, delicate floral themes, and exceptional craftsmanship that blended artistic expression with technical mastery.
This exquisite piece showcases a beautiful enamelled motif of anemones, rendered with the softness and movement typical of Legras' naturalistic style. The floral painting is enhanced by an elegant lace-inspired design, adding a sense of lightness and sophistication to the silhouette. The contrast between the transparent glass and the raised enamel gives the carafe a graceful depth and a gentle Art Nouveau charm.
Despite its age, the carafe is preserved in remarkably excellent condition, with the enamel decoration remaining crisp, vibrant, and intact, a rare find for collectors of early French decorative glass.
Height: 27.7 cm
Top diameter: 4.2 cm
Base diameter: 7 cm
Circumference: 28.2 cm
An exceptional piece for collectors of antique glass, connoisseurs of historical elegance, or as a striking decorative element in a luxurious interior.
