From Monkey 47’s experimental “Booze Lab” line; the Zürich edition focuses on a hay aroma concept with an earthy, woody, freshly-mown-field character.

Launched for Monkey 47’s 10-year anniversary, “Sad But True” was created as an intentionally unfilled, officially empty bottle release to raise awareness for endangered primates threatened by habitat loss and poaching. As part of the project, Monkey 47 featured six different threatened primate editions on the label and supported primate protection with a donation to the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF).
