Description:
Created in 2012. The artist visited Kyoto in the same year and constructed the image of the work by viewing dragon ceiling paintings at various temples. Tokyo Skytree is positioned in the center of the screen to represent its height of 634m. The Union Jack represents the London Olympics held in that year.
Artist Profile:
Born in Ibaraki Prefecture in 1936. Participates in solo exhibitions in Japan and exhibitions worldwide.
